The log cabin building can hold around 200 in a seating arrangement. With the rental of this building, there are approximately 35 tables and metal folding chairs to match. Inside the building you will feel the rustic touch of the wood walls. A small prep kitchen is available for use that houses two refrigerators, stoves, and a prep sink. Restrooms are accessed from the inside of the building. The Log Cabin is rentable all year long, having both Heat and Air Conditioning.
Refundable Deposit: $400 Daily Rental Rate: Sunday-Wednesday: $200/Day + Tax Thursday- Saturday: $350 / Day + Tax Weekend Rental: Thursday-Saturday for $750.00 + Tax Additional fees, permits, & Security Officers required if alcohol is present. |

The large white pole building, better known as the Merchants building can hold up to 700 people. With the rental of this building, there are approximately 65 tables and metal folding chairs to match. Enter through a small entryway into the main building. Restrooms are accessible from both inside and outside the building. The Merchants Building is rentable from April thru October, having no Air Conditioning.
Refundable Deposit: $500 Daily Rental Rate: Sunday-Wednesday: $400/Day + Tax Thursday- Saturday $600/Day + Tax Weekend Rental: Thursday-Saturday: $1250.00 + Tax Additional fees, permits, & Security Officers required if alcohol is present. |
